Scope & Specify

In this phase, we meet with our client’s team and define the need. We determine what we need to do and the resources required. We develop a task list and agree upon our assumptions. The deliverable from this phase is a document which minimally outlines the scope and high-level specifications.

Organize

Next we organize the team and simultaneously we put the resources required for the project in place. Our clients benefit with a plan which minimally includes detailed phases and dates, budget, calendar of completion, and pricing for the project.

Leverage

We love bringing an idea to reality and that is the challenge of this phase. Here we leverage our expertise to take our collaborative ideas and plans and use them to build a prototype.

Iterate

In this phase we demonstrate what we have done, collect and incorporate feedback, and squish bugs. This is where the project really starts to come together.

Deliver

During this phase we create the final prototypes and testing plan for client review. We perform design for manufacturability and work with our manufacturing partners or yours to create final tooling. Our clients are left with clean manufacturing packages and scalable products.
